It's been a while since I posted anything here. With grad school and work, it's been tough being able to focus on cooking for fun rather than for the necessity of it. But with the end of the semester, I am so happy to be back and trying out more recipes!
Samosas are one of my favorite pastries! The filling inside are potato, carrots (I usually use peas, but I didn't have them on hand) and tuna. Instead of using traditional samosa skin, I liked how this recipe used puff pastry instead.
